Several lucentine companies that manufacture hotel and furniture machinery have been present at the H&T Hall in Malaga, where they have presented their novelties at the Palacio de Congresos de Torremolinos. This exhibition has been a meeting point for all the agents linked to the technological and digital transformation of the hotel, hotel and tourism fields. Lucentina Inhospan, a manufacturer of hospitality products, presented the first fryers and irons for the smoke-free kitchen. Its manager, the engineer Francisco Javier Muñoz, points out that it is being a success, because it is a commitment to the environment and brings quality of life at work to professionals who spend many hours in their workplace cooking. Regarding the fryer without fumes, Muñoz points out that it is a product "designed to perform any frying without extraordinary smoke or odors with extraordinary quality, without the need for smoke extraction in the kitchen". He points out that "fry frozen products, such as potatoes, croquettes, nuggets, precooked foods, etc."
