INHOSPAN WILL PRESENT THE FRYERS WITHOUT SMOOTHS WHICH DO NOT NEED A BELL
Inhospan will be present from February 3 to 5 at H&T 2020, Hospitality Innovation Hall (Málaga). As in previous editions, we will be able to know its industrial equipment of own design and manufacture: Fryers of high capacities, hot kneaders, formers of croquetas, rebozadoras and empanadoras, bakes creams and, like novelty, will present in the first place the FREIDORA WITHOUT HUMOS INHOSPAN.
Fryer designed to make any frying without smokes and odors and with an extraordinary quality. It does not need smoke extraction hood or additional facilities so it is ideal for hospitality events, fairs, congresses, etc.
The operation is based on a state-of-the-art system: Cyclonic, extracting odors, vapors and fumes, filtering them. It passes the air through a system of cooling and filtration by speed acceleration for its filtration. This system is patented and is unique and exclusive to INHOSPAN. In addition to the Ciclonic system, the fryer incorporates two filters, one of stainless steel mesh and one of activated carbon.
Inhospan offers you the possibility to choose between several models according to your needs, such as the economical version or the turbo and also, for larger volumes of frying, the option of double basket.
